How to Install
-
Choose a Safe Location
Pick a clean, flat, smooth surface inside your car where the Flash Hammer is easy to reach. Avoid rugged, uneven, curved, or heavily textured surfaces.
-
Prepare the Surface
Clean the area thoroughly with a small amount of rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner, then let it dry completely. The surface should be smooth and non-textured, as heavily grained dashboard plastics can make any adhesive struggle.
-
Attach the Holder
Peel off the adhesive backing, place the holder onto the prepared surface, and press firmly for 30 seconds.
For the strongest bond, avoid driving, pulling on the holder, or putting stress on it for a few hours after installation.
-
Insert Your Flash Hammer
Place your Flash Hammer into the holder so it stays secure, visible, and ready when needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same holder that comes with the Flash Hammer?
Yes. This is a replacement holder designed for the Flash Hammer.
Why would I need a replacement holder?
Most commonly, customers need one after changing cars, because the adhesive may not stick as strongly after being removed and reused. It is also useful if the original holder was lost, broken, or damaged.
Where should I attach it?
Attach the holder to a clean, flat, smooth surface inside your car where the Flash Hammer is easy to reach in an emergency.
Avoid placing it where it could block your view, interfere with driving controls, or sit near an airbag deployment area.
For best hold, clean the surface with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner and let it dry completely before attaching. Press the holder firmly in place for 30 seconds.
Smooth surfaces work best. Heavily textured, dusty, oily, curved, or soft-touch plastics may reduce adhesive strength.
For the strongest bond, avoid pulling on the holder or putting stress on it for a few hours after installation.
Please note that extreme heat or cold inside the car can affect how well any adhesive sticks over time.
Is the Flash Hammer included?
No. This product includes the holder only. The Flash Hammer is sold separately.
